Thinking about this...

So I am thinking of doing the Couch to 5K program. I have always hated running, even when I am in shape. However, I have always been desperately jealous of runners. Hmmm. Tell me what you think!

Go for it girl! (Although I will warn you right now it's addicting. My hubby's first competitive run was a 50 mile trail run, he came home in pain and yet chomping at the bit to go on another one, he signed up for his first marathon and another trail run before the weekend was over.)

My sister and her friend did it last year and loved it. I gave done week one day one... Twice now. It is actually a pretty good program. If you have an Iphone or an itouch you can down load an aplication that talks you through as you go- nice huh?

As you know, I finished it. And I love it! The past couples days have been so humid I have not been able to run and I am so bummed. I think you should try it, and if you want I can go through the program with you. We could meet up and I could do 1 day with you a week. :-) Maybe you will learn to love it :-)

50 mile trail run? If I ever run 50 miles I may ass out...from shock that I actually did it!
